Intermediate Waterproofing Package

Purpose: Mid-level service focused on sealing and protecting critical systems.
Includes:

Everything in the Basic Package

Remove and reseal radial feeders and halo assembly

Apply waterproofing to all critical boards (e.g., main control, RCU I/O, display boards)

Inspect drive system seals for leaks or corrosion

Perform torque verification on key mounting hardware

Provide a report detailing all sealing work and board protection applied


Ideal For:
Plants with frequent washdowns or environments where moisture intrusion is a recurring issue.
